<b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities </b><br />

<b>Purpose </b><br />
<br />
The Coordinator, Quote to Cash will support the Hemisphere Manager, Quote to Cash, and their direct reports. This position will be responsible for creating, processing, and reporting accurate customer invoices in a timely manner, and identifying further opportunities to improve overall efficiency and maximizing cash flow.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Actively and accurately prepare, create, and process customer invoices including necessary supporting documentation &amp; authorization, to ensure timely billing</li>
<li>Ensure all customer invoices are attached in PeopleSoft, and uploaded quickly and directly to our customers portals as required and defined</li>
<li>Communicate with the Finance and Operations teams as required to ensure the billing &
39;pack&
39; is exhaustive, inclusive, and in accordance with contractual requirements</li>
<li>Work closely and educate our Operations &amp; Finance teams to ensure billing is known to be a daily process, rather than a month end process</li>
<li>Trouble-shoot on any issues, concerns, bottlenecks, etc. through the billing process flow</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support for the efficient delivery of the ongoing QTC cycle</li>
<li>Ensure operational goals and objectives are met on time, every time, to drive deployment and adoption of process changes</li>
<li>Embrace and look for continuous improvement with existing technology to attain improvement across all areas, to optimize DSO, FCF &amp; unbilled</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business and functional groups, colleagues, customers, and advisors to ensure continued commitment to a &
39;best in class&
39; global QTC cycle</li>
<li>Drive QTC process improvement, inc. KPI reporting and analysis within the segment(s)</li>
</ul>

<b>Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
REQUIRED</p>

<ul>
<li>High School education or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Previous experience or good understanding of Finance QTC functions including but not limited to Credit, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and related finance functions</li>
<li>Strong communicator and collaborator, who can work independently and meet daily deadlines</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in MS suite inc. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li>
