The candidate must be available to live in Mossoro and carry out field visits in Catu and Mossoro operations, he will report directly to the WP Brazil Reliability Manager (RM). Good knowledge of the HMS, system competence/training and extensive operational or maintenance experience are required. Previous experience as FSQC, PDC or RM is a plus.<br />
<br />
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required, plus at least level 7 in global English. The language of Brazil is Portuguese, but generally Spanish speakers can adapt quickly.<br />

The employee will be responsible for:<br />

&bull;Competence/training for Macae, Mossoro and Catu.<br />
<br />
&bull;Hiring of new employees (selection, interview supported by HROP) for Macae, Mossoro and Catu.<br />
<br />
&bull;Employee promotion evaluation for Macae, Mossoro and Catu.<br />
<br />
&bull;Process adherence for Catu and Mossoro<br />
<br />
&bull;Internal SQ/HSE audits (Tier 2, PEEK PEAK, Tier 3, SDA etc.) for Catu and Mossoro<br />
<br />
&bull;RM support for SQ/HSE failure investigations in Catu/Mossoro<br />
<br />
&bull;Support RM and FSM in the creation and implementation of action plans to avoid recurrence of failures in Catu and Mossoro.<br />
