Our team of global professionals works collaboratively across domains to create our cybersecurity strategy. Working on Baker Hughes' compliance team is a great way to learn the systems used across the organization and can accelerate one's development through exposure to multiple parts of the business and business leaders. <br><br><b> Drive Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy </b> <br><br>As a Director of Digital Technology Policies and Controls , you will l ead tactical initiatives for continuous improvement of existing IT Risk processes . In this role , you will take ownership for multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously . You will proactively seek information needed to deliver on strategies and policies. <br><br><b> Roles and Responsibilities </b> : <br><br>In this role, you will: <br><br><ul><li>Design ing/ integrat ing a cyber strategy that outlines the vision, mission, and goals that align with the organization's strategic plan <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>D evelop ing policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities <br></li><li>Interpret ing and apply ing applicable laws, statutes, and regulatory documents and integrat ing into policy <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b> <br><br>To be successful in this role you will: <br><br><ul><li>Have deep k nowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Have experience driving organizational change/ transformation management projects <br></li><li>Independently work and prioritize multiple initiatives , while influencing others to drive change <br></li><li>Have a strong technical foundation including a degree in Computer Sciences or a STEM related field <br></li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years' of direct and relevant experience in IT Risk Management or another Cyber Security field <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b> <br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
