You will develop an operational plan for your own department and contribute to the plan of the larger unit.<br><br>As a Product Line Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Collaborating with partners to review/alter/utilize existing practices to develop a clear path for a new team</li><li>Acting as a sole contributor- effectively communicate needs and changes with internal partners</li><li>Managing the FP&A of the Bently Nevada-Augury Commercial Alliance business line, while maintaining the high-standard and practices of the Baker Hughes Finance and Accounting Team</li><li>Coordinating with other Product Lines and Divisions within Baker Hughes to grow the Bently Nevada product line</li><li>Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications</li><li>Communicating high-level concepts to senior leadership</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university or college, CFA preferred</li><li>Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in FP&A management</li><li>Have a proven history of executive-level report generation and communication</li><li>Have the ability to deliver the voice of a product line through effective oral and written communication, internally and externally</li><li>Have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time for work (I will sell the hybrid to people in the area but ask remote folks to travel 20% of the time to the office for meetings with you and the team) </li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
