<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
We have an exciting opportunity for a bold and effective Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Department in Stavanger. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner.<br />
<br />
Your knowledge and experience, together with your ability to develop effective working relationships, will act as a foundation to be able to deliver best practice and share responsibility for the goals and target delivery.<br />
<br />
You will equip key stakeholders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with Weatherford&
39;s people plans e.g. performance management, absence management etc. and provide support and HR expertise to the business with specific employee-relations related matters.<br />
<br />
<b>Responsibilities: </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Use professional insight to identify people related opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are applied in line with Weatherford&
39;s practices</li>
<li>Proactively work to strengthen HR deliverables within Weatherford and to support the organisation with HR projects</li>
<li>Support the HR Manager (based in Aberdeen) with all people-related initiatives, and action deliverables within the agreed timeframe</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with the COEs across the business</li>
<li>Support the HR team with day-to-day HR activities and participate in wider Geozone activities (UK, EUA &amp;SSA)</li>
<li>Support Change processes in accordance with Norwegian legislation</li>
<li>Work alongside Managers to improve employee relations to ensure management meet operational requirements</li>
<li>Support operational recruitment activities in collaboration with the COEs</li>
<li>Support HR projects, HR processes and programs as and when required</li>
<li>Develop and nurture Union relationships</li>
<li>Provide advice regarding Union Agreements, Special Agreements and general regulatory agreements and keep up to date on regulatory changes</li>

<li>Strong HR experience</li>
<li>Experience of working in a Norwegian Unionised Environment and experience in negotiations and union relations</li>
<li>Strong operational knowledge of Norwegian employment law</li>
<li>Experience of Employee Relations, Employment Engagement and Change Management</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Norwegian, verbal and written</li>
<li>Confident decision maker and the ability to challenge managers when required</li>
<li>Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills - strong ability to work autonomously but co-operate, collaborate and seek advice as needed</li>
<li>High ethical standards</li>
<li>HR Systems</li>
<li>MS Office proficiency</li>
