Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Conventional Energy business in South Africa on a short term contract basis.<br />
<br />
<b>Job Objective: </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Headhunting for open requests</li>
<li>Create pipeline of suitable candidates for current &amp; upcoming needs</li>
<li>Support bid requirements with suitable candidates</li>
<li>Confirming interviews with applicants and sitting in as P&amp;O representative</li>
</ul>

<b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p>
</p>

<ul>
<li>Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants submitted for review</li>
<li>Following up with Hiring Managers on applicants interviewed</li>
<li>Reference checks on applicants moving forward</li>
<li>Verification checks on applicants hired</li>
<li>Create Wood Corporate CV&
39;s of new hires</li>
<li>Review manpower plans with line for next 3-6 months and create an action plan</li>
<li>Create a database of skilled &quot;available&quot; resourcing for both sectors</li>
<li>Prepare recruitment stats weekly to P&amp;O Director</li>
</ul>

<li>Matric Certificate</li>
<li>Human Resources Diploma</li>
</ul>

<b>Knowledge, skills and experience: </b></p>

<li>Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment function</li>
<li>Proven track record of using Social Media to attract talent</li>
<li>Experience of using automated tracking systems, ideally ICIMS</li>
</ul>
