At Eni, we are looking for an <b>Administrative Assistant Specialist </b> at <b>Eni Mexico</b> in <b> Mexico City. </b> You will be responsible for managing payroll processing systems and human resources both locally and internationally. According to the Mexican laws, and Mizamtec policies, so that there are no disagreements or inconveniences with the legal provisions of work or within the organization.<br />
<br />
<b>As a member of the </b><b> Human Resources </b><b> Team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for: </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Managing the correct and timely payment of salaries and benefits to the employees, in accordance with the existing policies and procedures and Mexican Laws, to avoid fines or problems due to non-compliance.</li>
<li>Ensuring up-to-date and timely information whenever possible required by the Company, the Head Quarter or Local Government entities.</li>
<li>Implementing changes in positions, business units, views, and changes in applications, to meet legal changes or changes in the structure of the company requested and approved by management, ensuring that the systems provide the information in the required formats.</li>
<li>Analysing, validating, and managing the accounting entries, resulting from the payment processes (payroll), through the monthly review of relevant data, to avoid errors between what is recorded internally and with the payroll supplier.</li>
<li>Preparing settlements of personnel leaving the organization, in accordance with Mexican Laws and the policies and procedures of Mizamtec.</li>
<li>Preparing work certificates for active and passive personnel.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of English</li>
<li>Knowledge of Italian Would be a plus</li>
<li>Calculation of salaries, compensations, and benefits.</li>
<li>Tax legislation (tax calculation).</li>
<li>Mexican Labor Law (LFT).</li>
<li>Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS).</li>
<li>Applications of the IESS and the Secretary of Labor and Social Security.</li>
<li>Human Resources subsystems.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Payroll management systems.</li>
<li>Administration of databases.</li>
<li>Previous experience in similar positions, performing activities of administration and execution of payroll, benefits and compensation. Development and implementation of other human resources subsystems.</li>
<li>Administration, Accounting, Economy, or a related degree</li>
</ul>
