The team drives compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements, ensuring our teams deliver world class HSE programs for a safe and sustainable future.<br><br><b>Help support a safe and successful environment</b><br><br>As Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will play a key and integral role in advancing HSE Culture, Awareness, Compliance, Risk reduction and performance, overarching responsibilities across some of our HQ campuses and remote sites in the Northern Houston area. You Leadership and support will span different OFS product lines and a highly diverse risk environment.<br><br>As Senior HSE Manager, you will be responsible to:<br><ul><li>Provide leadership, counsel and technical assistance to key senior stakeholders to achieve Health, Safety and Environmental goals and drive the desired culture and risk reduction strategies.</li><li>Coach Business Leaders to operationalize Safety Leadership and Human Performance fundamentals, creating buy-in towards enforcing higher safety standards and expectations in the supported organizations.</li><li>Coordinate the local HSE resources to work together towards a coherent and comprehensive strategy that enforces higher safety standards and expectations, coordinating HSE efforts for all sites across Product Lines, especially when rolling out new programs, new procedures, and new standards; verifying implementation and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with the OFS HSE organization to share and receive learnings outside the assigned area and drive an incident free workplace.</li><li>Conduct HSE audits and facilitate self-assessments within area of responsibility to ensure a safe working environment and completely compliance with the HSE Management System, industry standards, laws and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Review and monitor both Leading and Lagging indicators to develop key learnings and opportunities for improvements.</li><li>Create opportunities for presenting HSE programs, initiatives and strategies to clients and industry.</li><li>Play a leadership role in shaping and delivering the Interdependent Safety Culture, developing influential skills to achieve objectives, while positively influencing others to develop new solutions that minimize risks to employees and the environment.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Master or Bachelor Degree, A post-graduation in HSE would be an asset.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence across complex matrix structures, with management and leadership and through others.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in time management and managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations.</li><li>Demonstrated People Leadership experience.
