<br><br> HSEQ Advisor - Stavanger, Norway<br><br>  <br><br> Contract Opportunity <br><br> Start date: April 2022<br><br> End date: 12 month initial contract, plus extension<br><br> Rate: Negotiable day rate<br><br> Location: Stavanger, Norway <br><br>  <br><br> For one of our key clients, an EPCI firm dealing with both Oil&Gas and renewable energy projects on the Norwegian Continental shelf and further afield.<br><br>  <br><br> They seek an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their team on a contract basis initially but with a great chance of longevity through extensions.<br><br>  <br><br> *Due to restrictions, we are unable to support a VISA / Work Permit application and so candidates must be eligible to live and work in Norway*<br><br>  <br><br> But what does the client seek from you as a potential applicant?<br><br>  <br><br> On a day to day basis, responsibilities look like this:<br><br><ul><li>Development and implementation of project HSE & Q documentation</li><li>Support HSEQ basis activities</li><li>Follow up & approval of Subcontractors</li><li>Be prepared to support other regions with Basis of Project HSEQ work</li><li>Tight cooperation with Client HSE & Q personnel</li><li>Keep and eye on the contractual requirements ensuring compliance</li><li>Conduct audits internal/external as you deem required</li><li>Be a resource within the project management team</li><li>Spokesperson for HSEQ towards relevant stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate risk management activities </li><li>Ensure project reporting through Synergi</li></ul> <br><br> In terms of Qualifications:<br><br><ul><li>HSEQ education</li><li>Relevant experience within HSEQ</li><li>HSEQ audit & verification capabilities (internal/external)</li></ul> <br><br> What about personal qualities<br><br><ul><li>Good workload and time management skills</li><li>Organized and able to manage their time effectively as meeting deadlines for key tasks</li><li>Take initiatives and follow through regarding matters of HSEQ</li><li>Team player with good collaboration and communication skills</li></ul> <br><br> Interested?<br><br>  <br><br> Contact Angus McCormick for more information<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
