Talent Management Analyst

OVERVIEW As Talent Analyst you will provides process, operations, and data analytics business partnership and support across the talent management life cycle for the Supply Chain and ITQ functions. Core responsibilities contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of talent processes and advancement of strategic talent initiatives. This role reports directly to Hannah Foldes, Talent Director for Supply Chain and ITQ and primarily supports the Supply Chain organization.    As we think about Career Experiences in the HR Talent Profile, this role will provide the person in it the opportunity to gain experience in initiative leadership, enterprise program/process ownership, and matrix relationship management. Additionally, this role will build on all four core HR capabilities (Business Mindset and Insights, Situational Agility, Credible Influence, and Data & Analytics Mindset) while also building depth in Specialized HR capabilities (Subject Matter Expertise, Partnership Mindset, and User-Centered Design). Key Accountabilities may include: Business Partnership for Talent Initiatives and Processes Partner closely with HRBPs, L&D, Employee Engagement and Talent Management teams: process improvements, survey design and delivery, management of Talent development opportunities and programs, resource development. Support Talent Leads on execution of talent processes for function, including creating, coordinating, and disseminating data and materials (e.g., decks, trackers, project management tools) for Annual and Pulse Engagement surveys, Annual Performance and Rewards, Internal Staffing, and P&OR Review. Ensure accurate and timely Manager Toolkit website maintenance; make recommendations for improvement for strong end user experience. Support other functional initiatives/projects, as assigned. Workforce Data Reporting & Analytics Support Partner with Workforce Insights COE and Client Analytics Consultant for data and analytics; serve as a SME with workforce data support Manage and conduct data reporting and descriptive analysis in support of D&I, talent processes, workforce planning, talent metrics and scorecards, and other ad hoc requests in support of strategic talent initiatives Deliver regularly scheduled and “by request” insights to key stakeholders (e.g., Functional Talent Team, HRBPs, D&I Liaison, scorecard/dashboard owners) Guide functional HR on data and analytics, building capability in the HR function Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience Proven analytical/critical thinking skills and understanding of talent practices and use of Workday data analytics Ability to interpret HR and business data, develop and effectively communicate and drive actionable insights that influence decisions Experience navigating large, complex organizations (ex. multi-function, dispersed geographies) Very strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills Highly self-motivated, self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity Working knowledge of HR technology systems, business intelligence tools, and data PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of talent management/org effectiveness experience Experience with talent management processes including development and performance management Experienced in applying user-experience design thinking skills to advance projects Key Accountabilities include: Talent Director Talent Manager Talent Solutions Consultant Client Analytics Consultants WIN team HR Direct (Reporting Team) Function/Segment HRBPs Considerations: We are open to 100% remote candidates with occasional travel based on business needs.  COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
