<p><strong>One of our major clients in Oil & Gas is looking for an HSE Advisor Engineer to work offshore on a 9-month assignment, leaving from Houma, LA.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Serve as onsite representative for health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) on contract vessels, fabrication yards, etc.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Verify Incident Reporting is conducted in accordance with the Project's Incident Notification Flowchart.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Review HAZIDS and verify action items are closed out properly.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Review/participate in JSEA's, Task Risk Assessments, etc., for content, accuracy, detail and stopping any activity that has not been properly risk assessed or appears to be unsafe.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Review and monitor Control of Work-Permitting Process for Hot Work, Cold Work, Electrical, Audits, Energy Isolation, Working from Heights, Management of Change Processes and Confined Space Entry.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Monitor chemical use and contractor's HAZCOM system.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Capture HSSE 'Lessons Learned' during the project.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Consult with Major Projects HSSE Manager as necessary to resolve any questions concerning company's HSSE policies and procedures.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Complete required reports including but not limited to Daily HSSE, Incident, Spill and tracking of personnel hours, TRIR, etc.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Verify HSSE inputs are obtained and reported daily including but not limited to behavior-based safety observations, corrective action items, contractor safety audits, emergency drills/exercises, etc.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Conduct onsite verification in accordance with Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP) expectations of on-site personnel.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Conduct onsite verification in accordance with the GoM Regional SEMS program document.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Provide daily feedback/input to the Project PIC on HSSE compliance and performance.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Monitor completion/closeout of HSSE actions from HSSE audits, Incident Investigations, Safety Committee recommendations, etc.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Report occupational injury/illness cases and any changes in status to CVR and HSSE Advisor.</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Provide a written HSSE summary to the CVR and Project HSSE Advisor at the end of the project.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>5+ years of related experience</li>
<li style=''margin-left: 18pt;''>Experience working offshore (preferably in Gulf of Mexico)</li>
