You'll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You'll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.<br><br>As a Health and Safety Leader, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Working at manufacturing sites and fixed facilities that provide day-to-day HSE support for that facility</li><li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations</li><li>Working together with business leadership at upper levels</li><li>Delivering program compliance as part of a team and working on cross functional teams</li><li>Leading analytical and designing activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods</li><li>Utilizing site data to customize best practices for HSE, including sustainability</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma /GED</li><li>Have solid professional experience in Environmental Health & Safety and in Fixed Facilities.</li><li>Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership</li><li>Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
