Lead Finance Specialist 1 - Cash Flow Planning & Analysis

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br><b>Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities</b> <br><ul><li>Responsible for assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning. Responsible for<br>analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.<br> </li><li>Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.</li><li>Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems</li><li>Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event</li></ul><br><br><b>Required Qualifications</b> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.</li><li>Preferred 3 years of experience in Finance (Cash Flow Planning and Analysis).</li><li>Fluent English level.</li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics</b> <br><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
