<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
We are seeking an Equity Plan Specialist <b> </b> to join the Compensation Division of the HR Policy and Planning Department.<br />
<br />
The Compensation Division is responsible for providing the direct monetary value of the Employee value proposition and Total Rewards programs. The division&
39;s three main roles are; advisory capacity to the HR and corporate management, decision capacity on remuneration operation elements and a control capacity on overseeing the implementation of the programs.<br />
<br />
The Equity Plan Specialist&
39;s <b> </b> primary role is to serve as a staff expert performing a variety of complex assignments in the development of policies, instructions, projects and surveys in the Corporate Compensation field.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
You will be required to perform the following:</p>

<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive studies, surveys and researches to develop completed policy proposals, including Promotion policies, merit increase, salary structure and other short-term and long-term incentive plans.</li>
<li>Develop and recommend new, improved and/or updated compensation programs for national and expatriate employees. Programs could include salary administration, tax equalization, allowances and special projects.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date contacts with several consulting firms that provide global compensation surveys and market data.</li>
<li>Develop and manage employee incentive programs in the form of equity-based plans (such as Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units and Performance Share Units).</li>
<li>Review and provide recommendations on policies and design equity plans</li>
<li>Develop and maintain equity plan metrics for regular reporting, including tracking shares available for grant (burn rate), participation in employee share purchase plan, System administrator performance, helpdesk quality, etc.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with the stock exchange trends and regulations to report for department and corporate management.</li>
<li>Coordinate and work closely with the third-party share plan system administrator to ensure effective implementation of equity programs</li>
<li>Develop, in collaboration with corporate communication teams, communication campaign content for equity plans.</li>
<li>Liaise with different company departments in the administration of equity plans, including but not limited to: Legal, Payroll, IT, Tax Accounting and HR service centers.</li>

<b>Minimum Experience Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics (finance or accounting) or a closely related discipline or a combination of disciplines from a recognized and approved program. A related advanced degree is preferred.<br />
<br />
You will have Eleven (11) years&
39; experience in HR and employee compensation programs, including at least five (5) to seven (7) years in equity plans administration</p>

<ul>
<li>You will have a knowledge in compensation practices including short term incentives, benchmarking salary programs, and other compensation policies.</li>
<li>You must have a strong knowledge of corporate equity plans administration for executive and non-executive employees</li>
<li>You will be able to demonstrate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Hands on experience in developing and maintaining stock programs including grants, shares purchase and replenishment (including Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Units and Stock Options) is a requirement</li>
<li>Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred</li>
<li>You will also be able to translate diverse pieces of information into meaningful conclusions and results.</li>
<li>You will have the ability to manage multiple and complex projects and tasks.</li>
</ul>
