The Baker Hughes Learning Analyst is responsible for supporting the global sustainment and optimization strategy of our Baker Hughes Learning platform. The analyst will gather requirements, design and test solutions, and work with stakeholders to craft scalable, sustainable learning solutions. The analyst will lead multiple concurrent projects while providing oversight of support queues and closure of tickets for the Baker Hughes Learning Support teams. The ideal candidate will have deep experience implementing major learning programs within a global learning management system. The ideal candidate will have experience providing learning operations support, training others in support matters, and in managing data related to tickets. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, global, multi-tenant environment. They will take initiative to drive performance improvement within the learning ecosystem<br />

As a Learning Analyst you will be responsible for:</p>

<li>Manage learning system projects from end-to-end including gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing and configuring solutions, facilitating testing and moving solutions to production</li>
<li>Be the central point of support management for Baker Hughes Learning ecosystem</li>
<li>Solve routine learner problems as well as identify, escalate and help determine root cause solutions for recurrent or systemic issues</li>
<li>Interface with internal team members and our stakeholders to adopt system enhancements that drive a positive learner experience</li>
<li>Contribute to overall business process improvements and be a catalyst for building streamlined and effective processes across the global Learning organization</li>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Learning Management</li>
<li>Extensive experience in global learning operations or LMS implementation (SumTotal a plus)</li>
<li>Demonstrate Project Management skills that include creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources. Delegating tasks on the project to employees</li>
<li>Have deep experience using Training Migration Utility (TMU)</li>
<li>Advanced system configuration: Creation and modification of Domains and Security Roles</li>
<li>Capability to develop and troubleshoot complex downstream integrations using SumTotal&
39;s Advanced Reporting</li>
<li>Experience integrating and maintaining third party libraries insuring end-user Catalog is in-sync with vendor-provided specifications</li>
<li>Advanced troubleshooting of complex learning structures: Observation checklists, Competencies, and Curricula</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible hours with Management to support the relevant countries</li>
