What will you do? Lead the Ramco Time & Benefit function for EAJP region. Lead WESOP campaign for EAJP as L2. Champion Rewards Surveys and provide analysis to Stakeholders. Provide L2 support to s@S tickets that is within T&B scope & WESOP from a system administrator and technical perspective. Manage and achieve s@S SLA ambition. System administrator for Ramco Leave, Benefit, Time & ESS modules. Manage, troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Deliver T&B operational roadmap for the year: holiday master update, rota extension, leave/benefit entitlement, forfeiture and carry over. Deliver T&B Ramco roadmap; manage and deploy system modules, enhancement or upgrade to overall system. Work with country stakeholders to understand business requirement, cross-checking relevant HR policy and translate this into T&B module configuration setting. Create and execute testing plans, coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT). The UAT should covers testing role as Benefit User (HR Admin) using the administrator access, Employee and Manager using the self-service. Manage projects from development to successful deployment and hypercare of T&B modules. To inform & consult SE-Ramco oversees : Escalate Ramco service quality / system stability / system performance. Inform and consult new deployment / change request to the system before implementing. Consult & collaborate with Regional Payroll members (by country) on T&B system matters that affects / potentially impacts Payroll module, Payroll results, Payroll processes and Payroll ESS. Alert Ramco support request that costs $. SE-Ramco overseers will take the lead to request and negotiate the quotation, raise purchase order and manage the billing. Highlight potential changes to the existing T&B Ramco roadmap for review. Attain direction and collaborate with SE-Ramco overseers to establish on-going T&B Ramco roadmap. End to end process documentation such as maintain/create Work Process and Standard Operating Procedure, user guides and knowledge articles for end users such as employees, managers, s@S support and country Benefit User administration. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies and internal controls, and audits. Drive process alignment, work efficiencies and digitization. Embed continuous improvement as part of our DNA to provide seamless employee experience. Support the Rewards campaign partnering with Compensation lead for countries like SMB, PH and PZ. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline. Around 8 years with relevant experience focusing on assisting and advising employees with compensations and benefits changes, enrolment process and others. Having knowledge in payroll will be an added advantage. Having knowledge and experience in using RAMCO will be added advantage. Has good communication and interpersonal skills. What's in it for me?
