<b> IRC218949 - </b><b> HSE REPORTING SPECIALIST </b> <br> <br> At Eni, we are looking for a <b> HSE Reporting Specialist </b> at <b> Eni Mexico </b> in <b>Ciudad de Mexico</b>. You will be responsible for supporting to the HSE IMS & Reporting Coordinator in the collection and evaluation of HSE statistical data inclusive of lagging and leading indicators (KPI). You will be supporting the process of maintaining the Company HSE IMS in full compliance with applicable regulatory framework, Company policies and procedures ensuring the process of continuous improvement. Ensuring timely compliance with Eni SEQ HSE Reporting requirements. <br><br><b> As a member of the </b><b> HSEQ Unit </b><b> at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Timely reporting of HSE data in the different reporting platforms as specified by Eni SEQ. </li> <li> Preparing reports as required to comply with the reporting schedules as defined by the HSE IMS. </li> <li> Providing assurance to the HSE IMS & Reporting Coordinator of the accuracy and quality control of the statistical data collected and reported. </li> <li> Evaluating HSE data and statistics, prepare analysis reports, and make recommendations for improvement. </li> <li> Supporting the development and maintenance of the Company HSE Integrated Management System documentation. </li> <li> Supporting personnel in the process of implementation Company policies and procedures part of the HSE IMS. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Knowledge of English </li> <li> Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential. </li> <li> Ability to manage and lead a team of Safety and Emergency Response professionals. </li> <li> Ability to work in a diverse environment. </li> <li> Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety management principles and standards. </li> <li> Knowledge of local HSE legislation and international oil industry related standards would be beneficial. </li> <li> Previous working experience with Quality and Environmental Management Systems preferably in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. </li> <li> HSE statistical data collection, evaluation, reporting and preparation of monthly reports. </li> <li> A Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Civil) or in Health and Safety Management, preferably with a membership in a recognized professional body </li> </ul> <br> <b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Ciudad de Mexico . The job requires the successful candidate to be located at Mizamtec's office in the City of Mexico on a residential basis. Visits may be required to offshore and onshore locations.
