Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a HR Solutions Specialist, you will provide support for client group Leaders, Managers, and Employees on organizational and employee matters. You will also be coaching on HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group.<br><br>As a HR Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Being the first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.</li><li>Exhibiting sound HR judgment with respect to integrity, compliance, & confidentiality</li><li>Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered</li><li>Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field</li><li>Partnering strategically with client managers to design and implement the most effective organizational structures and manage transitions</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Shaping accountability for team development, performance coaching, engagement and empowerment to people leaders in support of culture shaping in line with Baker Hughes core values</li><li>Delivering timely, high quality and impactful employee communications focused on educating, motivating and engaging employees across the business</li><li>Contributing to projects as a team member.
