You will be responsible for supporting interventions focused on improving human resources capacity and abilities. <br> <br> Supporting improvement plans and change management and provide leadership in designing and delivering human resources capacity development tools us: Training, performance evaluation, career plan, potential evaluation, organizational changes, succession plans, etc. <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the Human Resources Team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Developing HR standard operating procedures and provide staff training </li> <li> Developing best practices to improve knowledge and performance withing the personnel </li> <li> Planning and executing training and development program activities in timely and accurate manner </li> <li> Ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs by supporting the development and execution of individual development plans, succession & career plants </li> <li> Monitoring the performance evaluation process, and conducting detailed review of the results </li> <li> Contracting administration activities, follow up supplier services </li> <li> Preparing internal and external reports </li> <li> Evaluating of service providers and monitoring of activities </li> <li> Training budget administration </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Knowledge of English </li> <li> Management of Human Resources processes (recruitment, training, headcount planning, career plan, job evaluation, performance evaluation, etc.) </li> <li> Organizational development tools </li> <li> Strategies for achieving organizational improvement </li> <li> Contract administration </li> <li> Budget and cost control </li> <li> Laboure legislation </li> <li> Internal and Organizational communication </li> <li> Attention to complaints </li> <li> MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel, and Power Point </li> <li> Working with different cultural norms and practices </li> <li> Degree in business administration, psychologist or equivalent </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Mexico City <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> 24 months, 5 days on 2 days off <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
