<p>Pay: KR5 </p>
<p>Lydden and River Primary Schools Federation needs
a finance officer to undertake routine finance duties under the line
management of our Business Manager. </p>
<p>This position is for 26 hours per week which
can be organised flexibly over 5 days proportionately between the schools. This
is a term time only role, 39 weeks per year Kent Range 5 £19,335 - £20,483 pro
rata. </p>
<p>In this role, you will work with the Business
Manager, Executive Headteacher, Heads of each school, Governing Body, staff and
pupils from a financial viewpoint as we strive to achieve our aims for
children. You will be responsible for maintaining as accurate all financial
information relating to both schools, ensuring that all internal KCC
regulations and legislative requirements are met. </p>

<p>The successful applicant will consistently promote
the schools in a positive manner and will have the following skills and
competencies: </p>
<ul>
<li>Competent in ESS SIMS Finance Module
(FMS)</li>
<li>Financial Standards Compliance</li>
<li>Safeguarding Procedures</li>
</ul>
<p>Awareness of Kent BPS would be an advantage,
however training can be provided. </p>

<li>Have excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Be efficient, well organised and
purposeful</li>
<li>Remain calm under pressure</li>
<li>Work to deadlines</li>
</ul>
