Healthcare Engagement Training Specialist (12-month contract)

The Healthcare Engagement Training Specialist will act as the training lead for all healthcare compliance operations activities. The incumbent in this role will work closely with the manager, Healthcare Engagement Operations, Health Care Compliance Officer & and the Sales Excellence Training team to ensure that training achieves desired learning objectives aligned to compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assess All existing HCC-related processes, existing supportive learning content, curating content and developing/validating HCC curricula as relevant for Sales and Medical Affairs. Conduct a gap analysis to deliver a list of prioritized training recommendations including metrics and sustainment plans in collaboration with Healthcare Engagement and HCC. Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Medical Affairs, Sales Training, Healthcare Engagement and HCC to ensure that training achieves desired learning objectives aligned to compliance requirements. Develop high-quality training material in various delivery methods, including classroom training, e-learning module development, and other micro learning self-study materials and job aids. Collaborate with SMEs to identify and prioritize role-based training gaps and develop relevant microlearning resources to maximize uptake of SOPs, work instructions and/or other relevant documents. Develop needs assessments, and training effectiveness metrics to support departmental training priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or compliance in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, clinical or medical devices Good understanding of IMC code of conduct, and Health Canada regulations Experience working with regulated or controlled documents and managing training records in an audit preparation setting Experience in process mapping. Proven project management skills, ensuring projects are realized on time and on budget Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required Very strong presentation, and facilitation skills, preferably in a training environment Prioritization and organization of workflow activities to meet tight deadlines is required Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment is critical Superior level of attention to detail is required Proficient skill level in Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and Microsoft OFFICE applications At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
