SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

<b> Central tasks: </b> <ul><li> Support of our suppliers for subsea systems including machined components </li><li> Support of the supplier selection and approval process in close cooperation with R&D, Engineering and Procurement </li><li> Ensure supplier quality requirements are clearly defined and that they are understood and implemented by the suppliers </li><li> Responsibility for the planning and execution of supplier audits as well as for the documentation, the assessment of the results and the tracking of corrective actions </li><li> Be the Schlumberger / OneSubsea contact to assigned suppliers for all quality related issues </li><li> Use key figures to assess the performance of suppliers </li><li> Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performances proactively </li><li> Follow-up supplier related nonconformities </li><li> Acceptance of products under consideration of our high standards of quality </li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b><br> <ul><li>University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or comparable strong technical background required</li><li>Experience in auditing and assessing production and quality capabilities according to industry standards</li><li>Knowledge of:</li></ul><ul><li>Quality Management Tools: FMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Advanced Quality Planning, Product Qualification Testing, First Article Inspection</li><li>Process and System Audits - Quality Auditor experience required </li><li>ISO9001/API Q1 and other industry standards</li></ul><ul><li>Must demonstrate very good Business English proficiency, good command of German language is advantageous</li><li>Experienced in MS Office applications, SAP </li></ul>
