As a Senior Recruiter with our Water Technologies Division, you&
39;ll be part brand ambassador, part talent acquisition business partner, and always a subject matter expert for finding and attracting the best people for our teams. You&
39;ll use your employer branding experience to create compelling stories about career opportunities with a focus on casting a wide net to attract diverse talent. You&
39;ll work closely with the HRBPs, managers and key partners one of our main business units to implement recruiting strategy while guiding best practices in the talent acquisition function.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br />

<li>Act as an advisor with managers and division leadership. We need someone with a consultative approach who can promote new ideas and ways of attracting talent. Rec</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the business. This is a key part of being able to help create strategies that meet the near-term needs and address the long-term challenges such as succession for aging workforce.</li>
<li>Partner with both internal and external resources to build a diverse candidate pipeline for all roles. Engage in regional diversity partnerships and activities with local organizations through creative methodologies that result in improved brand awareness.</li>
<li>Working with TA leadership, you&
39;ll leverage data to identify trends, track progress on diversity goals and adjust strategies/activities to improve results.</li>

<b>Core Requirements</b><b>:</b></p>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree in business, communications or Human Resources or equivalent work experience required</li>
<li>3+ years full lifecycle staffing or recruiting</li>
<li>Some travel may be required</li>
</ul>

<li>Fundamental knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.</li>

<li>Ability to research information and analyze data, arrive at valid conclusions and make recommendations and plan of action</li>
