We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>To drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Select suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. This position requires thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br>As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Leading activities focusing on supplier qualification, non-conformance management, supplier surveillance and quality initiatives consistent and adhering to sourcing procedures and requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Driving continuous improvement in supplier quality and delivery performance through programs like Supplier Continuous Improvement, Supplier Kaizens, etc that impact the defect rate and cost of poor quality</li><li>Monitoring supplier performance, and drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and process improvements to reduce the Number of Defects and Cost of Quality</li><li>Working effectively with sourcing, project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions for supplier quality improvement</li><li>Representing and lead Supplier Quality in internal reviews or audits with stakeholders and external reviews with the customers </li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Educated from an accredited university/college coupled with experience working in a Quality role in a regulated industrial sector</li><li>Have working knowledge of Quality tools, lean concepts and root cause analysis including CAPA</li><li>Have organizational, project management and process improvement skills and a continuous improvement and preventative mindset, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards change</li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical and methodical approach to solving complex quality issues in a fast-paced pressured environment</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
