We're looking for a talented Corporate and Trusts Fundraising Manager to enable this fantastic Air Ambulance charity in the North West to meaningfully engage with new and existing partners.<br />
<br />
<strong>Salary:</strong> £37,475<br />
<strong>Location:</strong> Homebased with hybrid working, office base in Knowsley/Manchester<br />

<br />
<strong>About the role:</strong><br />
Part of an exciting expansion of the High Value Giving Team, you'll manage a team of three fundraisers (2 x Corporate, 1 x Trusts).<br />
<br />
Personally responsible for identifying significant new corporate opportunities and engaging supporters, you'll ensure stellar stewardship and professional relationship management to maximise opportunities, uplift gifts and secure new long-term income. You'll also have oversight of the trusts income stream through line management.<br />
<br />
There's an appetite to try new things and a desire to be brave and bold, engaging five and six figure partnerships with the support of an experienced and supportive leadership team.<br />
<br />
<strong>About the person:</strong><br />
You're a confident and accomplished corporate fundraising professional with a strong personal track record of success, securing partnerships of at least five figures.<br />
<br />
You get to the heart of what makes corporate partners tick and can build bespoke and creative partnerships from scratch.<br />
<br />
Strong leadership skills, having either successfully managed people in previous posts or led by example as a motivational part of a highly-performing team.<br />
<br />
Track-record of growth in previous roles, and you're ambitious and excited by growing income.<br />
<br />
The charity has spent time and energy creating a flexible, agile working culture with life and family-friendly policies. This role can be predominantly homebased, or a mix of home and office (Knowsley) - we are really happy to discuss a working pattern that works for you!<br />
