<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><strong>Operations Manager - Production &amp; Artist Management</strong><br /><strong>45-50K</strong><br /><strong>Maternity Cover Contract - 8-9 month FTC </strong><br /><strong>Immediate start</strong><br /><strong>Central London</strong><br /><br />My client, a unique and exciting production company in Central London, are looking for an Operations Manager for a 9 month Maternity Cover contract to start asap. Based in stunning offices in the heart of London, this is varied role and will play an integral part in the day to day function of the office space and well as being key to its creative culture.<br /><br />Duties:<br />&bull; Managing contractors and supplier relationships<br />&bull; Overseeing the smooth running of the office space<br />&bull; Line managing the FOH/ Office Manager<br />&bull; Overseeing HR - contracts for new starters etc.<br />&bull; Overseeing IT &ndash; working with external IT suppliers etc.<br />&bull; Overseeing payroll (alongside accounts team)<br />&bull; Managing projects from start to finish<br /><br />This is a multi-faceted role requiring someone able to wear many hats and remain unflustered under pressure.<br /><br />Qualifications:<br />&bull; Proven operations experience (5 years+) ideally from within production / artist management / tv or similar fast-paced creative <br />&bull; A very strong communicator <br />&bull; A self-starter with a positive, &lsquo;can do&rsquo; attitude and willingness to get stuck in <br />&bull; Strong and resilient personality <br />&bull; Able to multi-task, a finisher who gets things done.<br /><br />This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for TV / production and talent management.
