<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join the General Engineering & Construction Services Division Quality Assurance Unit, under the Project Management administration area.<br />
<br />
The General Engineering & Construction Services Division (GE&CSD) is responsible for providing contract administration support for general engineering services, project management support for small projects and quality assurance oversight of projects executed under the Company capital program.<br />
<br />
The Quality Assurance Manager primary role is to provide supervision and oversite of the Quality Assurance team, managing and distributing resources for quality assurance oversight of the GES+ and GESi Contractors, reporting compliance, conducting investigations, chairing related meetings and workshops as required.</p>
<p><br />
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
You will be required to perform the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support input to Division and Unit Reports, and other required documentation;</li>
<li>Provides supervision and oversight for the GE&CSD/QAU Quality Assurance team;</li>
<li>Prepare, support and implement Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) audit programs to assure compliance to the Contract Schedule Q, Contractors QMS and associated procedures, facilitating quality assessment workshops as necessary;</li>
<li>Facilitate and report on investigations into engineering and quality related client complaints;</li>
<li>Manage and track quality metrics from GES+ and GESi Contractors, monitoring potential compliance issues in accordance with Contractors QMS and the GES+ and GESi Contract;</li>
<li>Observe and report on contractor quality audits and assessments</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Engineering degree, or equivalent, from a recognized and approved program.<br />
<br />
You will have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in engineering and construction, including at least ten (10) years relevant experience in a quality assurance role in the oil and gas industry or related process industries. A minimum of five (5) years working in project management or within an engineering design contractor organization is preferred, with understanding in both preliminary and detailed engineering, construction and commissioning from a quality control or quality assurance perspective.</p>
<ul>
<li>You will have certification such as Quality Manager, Lead Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Improvement Team Leader;</li>
<li>You will be an ISO 9001:2015 certified Lead Auditor or similar, demonstrating seasoned capability as a Lead Auditor;</li>
<li>You will be knowledgeable in Quality Assurance terms, tools, and methodologies;</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills is a requirement;</li>
<li>Good leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills is necessary;</li>
<li>An understanding of the implementation of corrective action programs is expected;</li>
<li>The ability to make independent judgment and decisions in the resolution of Quality issues is necessary;</li>
<li>Computer skills shall include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce documents, reports, and presentations;</li>
<li>You will have Knowledge of relevant international codes, standards and regulatory requirements .</li>
