<b>General Accounting Analyst</b><br><br><b>Would you like to develop your career with a Global Energy company?</b><br><br><b>Do you enjoy utilizing your outstanding analytic skills?</b><br><br><b> Be part of a team that keeps moving </b><br><br>Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a General Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br>As a General Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Monitoring and reviewing the prepayment, sundry receivables and undistributed process with heavy involvement with different stakeholders </li><li> Preparing and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the team and Accenture. Involving effectively in review of Other Asset process </li><li> Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk. </li><li> Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. Driving process improvement to standardize process across Product Companies </li><li> Analysing on regular basis, advising for improvements and corrective actions and supporting Balance Sheet Flux / DRCR commentaries on Quarterly basis. </li><li> Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional certificates such as ACCA, CPA and others </li><li> Have good oral and written communication skills along with proven interpersonal leadership skills </li><li> Have proven ability to influence others and lead small teams. </li><li> Have proven experience in leading initiatives, with effective problem identification and solution skills. </li><li> Have proven analytical and organizational ability. </li><li> Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - Oracle/Oscar/Pascal/ DS SAP/S4P HANA/SAP LIP is an added advantage. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
