<b>Job Title</b>: Payroll Posting Process Lead<br> <br> <b> Key Responsibilities: </b><br> <br> Payroll: <br> <ul> <li> Review and understand the existing country payroll posting processes</li> <li> Review and understand the payroll local/fiscal requirement for each of the countries</li> <li> Carry out analysis of present payroll posting processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.</li> <li> Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate process improvement project activities.</li> <li> Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on end-to-end payroll process performance, including payroll calendar compliance, posting cycle time etc.</li> <li> Documentation of payroll process and workflow, managing process change</li> <li> Involve in UAT and parallel testing for various payroll projects including implementation and optimization of Global Payroll Framework (GPF)</li> </ul> <br> <b> Finance: </b><br> <ul> <li> Review and understand the existing Finance payroll and compensation processes</li> <li> Review and understand the payroll local/fiscal rules and computation requirement for each of the countries</li> <li> Carry out Analysis of Finance related processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes</li> <li> Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate process improvement project activities</li> <li> Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on R2R process performance</li> <li> Involve in UAT and parallel testing for various payroll projects including implementation and optimization of Global Payroll Framework (GPF)</li> <li> Documentation of process and workflow, managing process change</li> <li> Improving the Compensation Analysis/Reporting</li> </ul> <br> <b> Requirements/Competencies: </b><br> <ul> <li> Payroll Process Knowledge</li> <li> Understand data flow through different payroll systems (GPF & Non-GPF)</li> <li> Understand the payroll processing calendar</li> <li> WT benefits knowledge</li> <li> QA/QC design and control</li> <li> ERP Posting expertise cross different ERPs</li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
