Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.<br><br>As a Quality control inspector, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Verifying conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers</li><li>Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance</li><li>Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge</li><li>Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Manufacturing)</li><li>Proven experience in a Quality Technician role</li><li>Proven experience with dimensional control inspections</li><li>Have good oral, written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Be able to work independently with solid problem solving skills</li><li>Norwegian language essential</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
