<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to recruit an IT Manager (Data and Infrastructure) to support their organisation's technology and data ecosystem, focussed on driving delivery and improving performance.</p>
<p>The organisation is a not-for-profit organisation, which works in partnership with the engineering community to inform and inspire young people and grow the number and diversity of tomorrow's engineers.</p>
<p>The main responsibilities of this role include managing the relationship and performance of the external IT service providers and having oversight of tickets that are issued ensuring these are actioned in a timely manner. You will also work with the external CRM system partner to develop and provide bespoke reports, manage the relevant functionality and security updates to the internal systems and work with teams across the organisation to develop system functionality to improve business processes and/or simplify workflows.</p>
<p>To be successful as an IT Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable working with Office 365, CRM management and building relationships with IT suppliers/providers. Alongside excellent communication skills and experience working with teams across organisations to gather, analyse and translate information, you will work effectively with people at all levels of seniority.</p>
<p>Please note they are currently trialling hybrid working with an expectation of 1-2 days in the London office.</p>
