ROLE DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>

<p>
Finance Purpose of Role:</p>
<p>
The role resides within the AP team and more widely Finance team in serving the business</p>
<p>
Critical Responsibilities:</p>
<p>
Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and The Client's HSEQ procedures </p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence Level:</p>
<p>
Scan and capture invoices and resolve exceptions on timely basis</p>
<p>
Check integrity of records in all company systems</p>
<p>
Create service entry and manage workflow queues as required</p>
<p>
Provide month end information where required</p>
<p>
Maintain vendor and bank master data via standard governance processes</p>
<p>
Reconcile and analyse vendor accounts</p>
<p>
Prepare monthly accounting and reporting in adherence to accounting policies, best practice and recommended industry accounting practice</p>
<p>
Maintain delegation of authority documents as required</p>
<p>
Support the Accounts Payable Supervisor in the implementation of process change</p>
<p>
Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager </p>

Qualifications / Experience:</p>
<p>
Strong analytical skills</p>
<p>
Experience of SAP / Sun Systems preferred</p>
<p>
Strong MS Office skills</p>
<p>
Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at interacting with individuals at all levels in the organisation</p>
<p>
Focus on service delivery to business and functions</p>
<p>
Flexible and responsive to stakeholder requirements and changing environment</p>
