As a Collection and Dispute Lead you will be responsible to maximize the collection to the Region working closely with the Sales and commercial team, B&amp;C teams and ARCC. Manage region efforts, team and process. You will work with a regional team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.<br />

As a Collection and Dispute Lead, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Working closely with Sales team and the B&amp;C team to maximize collections to the region as well with ARCC</li>
<li>Facilitating collection in the region and develops procedures for best practices as needed</li>
<li>Monitoring the age of the AR and the customer profile to anticipate any potential bad debt and act early escalating delinquent accounts</li>
<li>Handling disputes, working to minimize / avoid the repetition and establish best practices across PL, Areas, customers in order to maximize collection</li>
<li>Forecasting the collection to the region highlighting the risk and opportunities and developing the action plans and pathways to get targets and maximize cashflow</li>
<li>Handling very complex project processes as well as important business unit clients, engaging in long-term processes</li>
<li>Contacting and establish relationship with customers, AP departments to get payment confirmation and process improvement in processing invoices</li>
<li>Supporting the conversion of check payer to electronic wire transfer to improve the CCT directly contacting the customer or through our Sales/ARCC teams</li>
<li>Facilitating collections in the region</li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services) with at least 4 years of experience in Billing /Collections)</li>
<li>Have proven experience in Customer Services</li>
<li>Have 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Operations Support or Operations Finance</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team, customers and others</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems</li>
<li>Have the ability to plan, market, and execute programs; more over ability to lead programs/projects</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills</li>
<li>Be proficient in SAP and Excel</li>
</ul>
