<br><br> <b>HR Recruiting Specialist</b><br><br> <b>Location:</b><br><br> Houston, TX<br><br>  <br><br> <b>Job Type:</b><br><br> Contingent <br><br> ASAP - 10/28/2022<br><br> Possible Extension<br><br> OT could potentially be available<br><br>  <br><br> <b>Job Description</b><br><br> What You'll do<br><br><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing social media, online tools, referrals, networks, and data mining</li><li>Continually seek new sourcing options to build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through labour market research and continuous relationship management, aligning with corporate goals of an inclusive, diverse workforce</li><li>Take a candidate-centric approach to recruitment related activities and interactions</li><li>Exceed expectations by guiding candidates and hiring leaders through our selection process, maintaining contact throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Build and maintain client relationships, understand the value of client service and consistently delivering quality to all stakeholders both internal and external</li><li>Screen and interview job applicants, prepare and present a slate of candidates to hiring leaders within an appropriate and consistent timeline</li><li>Identify trends based on applicant demographics and funnel metrics to recommend solutions for efficiency gains without compromising hiring quality or stakeholder experience</li><li>Be committed to continuous improvement, suggesting process adjustments to create efficiencies and develop best practices</li><li>Collaborate with HR partners to achieve Company and business unit goals</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the full-life cycle of the recruiting process including recruiting and sourcing techniques</li><li>Customer service and sales skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to plan, organize and prioritize one's own work</li><li>Demonstrated business acumen and internal consulting skills</li><li>Proven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to develop and maintain collaborative working relationship</li><li>Experience with behavioural interviewing, probing, and assessment methodologies</li><li>Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing software, and employee databases</li><li>Proven ability to think systemically and anticipate impacts to other groups, systems, and processes</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex issues and determine the best solution or course of action to meet client needs</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within their client area and as a valued consultant to the hiring team</li><li>Proven ability to balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities within tight timelines</li><li>Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>A Master's degree in human resource management or any relevant field of study</li><li>A professional designation is desired such as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR), or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)</li><li>Experience working with SuccessFactors and Workday</li></ul>**In the performance of this role, travel of approximately 10% is required to various client locations across borders, and as such the successful candidate must be able to provide applicable documentation to this effect.<br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
