Ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of a program or project through upfront client engagement. Deep technical expertise within a field. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology.<br />

As a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Collaborating with Corporate Functions domain experts on TSA governance and alignment to exit strategies ensure that requirements and costs targets are met. Collaborate with DT Business Development team for all deals.</li>
<li>Partnering with DT compliance, internal audit teams and technology/vendor providers to make enhancements/modification requests that will support/enhance the regulatory reporting discipline</li>
<li>Making decisions and recommendations to ensure the quality and timeliness of all financial governance and associated reporting. Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes</li>
<li>Interpreting and evaluating monthly analyses of trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations.</li>
<li>Providing insights and recommendations based on strategic and tactical objectives</li>
<li>Communicating effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsible to drive proactive stakeholder management / change management resulting in increased adoption of services and strategies</li>
<li>Providing operational support through applied knowledge / expertise of Finance domain and identifying process improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Demonstrating expert-level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management.</li>
<li>Demonstrate solid understanding of financial related processes and technologies, financial statement structures and budgeting and forecasting processes</li>
<li>Have excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of the organization</li>
</ul>
