Under limited supervision, monitor the development of all products manufactured by the company and third-party vendors. Ensure the products meet quality standards. Identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and make recommendations to the higher authorities. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise. <br><ul><li> Fully implement and actively promote respect for Weatherford Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards and policies, as well as any other customer or external agency's regulatory requirements. </li><li> Actively promote Weatherford Culture in the area and support all area QHSE initiatives. </li><li> Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford including participating fully in all required QHSE training and wearing appropriate protective equipment (PPE). </li><li> Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. </li><li> Maintain a level of cleanliness and tidiness in the office, shop and yard to promote a positive corporate image and to provide an acceptable workplace for employees. </li><li> Actively participate in all safety meetings and maintain company property and equipment in safe operating conditions at all times. </li></ul><br> Process Improvement: <br><ul><li> Perform verification of measuring equipment calibration for all applicable processes; inform the supervisor of any damage to or loss of equipment; return tools and supplies to identified storage. </li><li> Ensure compliance to Weatherford and OEPS standards. </li><li> Perform incoming, in-process and finished products inspections conducting visual and measurement tests based on engineered drawings. </li><li> Analyze and document product test results </li><li> Identify, record, communicate and follow-up product non-conformances for disposition using corporate tools. </li><li> Communicate non-conformances to supplier and coordinates return of unacceptable materials </li><li> Coordinate efforts for testing with outside vendors. </li><li> Report quality concerns and take corrective actions whenever/wherever possible. </li><li> Perform tool calibrations and reports results using corporate tools. </li><li> Assist with unusual quality control testing where required </li><li> Organize and file test results for future reference </li><li> Assist if needed in all other areas if required </li><li> Achieve a minimum level of
