As a Customer Fulfilment Quality Leader you will be responsible for the quality team bid to execute activities to support both on time delivery for bid submissions and being the customer interface for proactive project engagement with our customers.<br />
<br />
As Customer Fulfilment Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement on projects.</li>
<li>Supporting front end tendering execution inclusive of communicating &
39;live&
39; project risk awareness &amp; mitigation activities.</li>
<li>Owning QMS requirements pertaining to project operational excellence and customer contractual quality requirements.</li>
<li>Being the customer interface for project quality matters, supporting customer issue resolution initiatives.</li>
<li>Providing necessary support to successfully execute project requirements globally.</li>
<li>Implementing remedial action plans to eliminate non-conformance and validate effectiveness of improvement actions.</li>
<li>Coaching team members on compliant implementation of QMS tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Conducting / facilitating RCA / NCA investigations.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited university or college.</li>
<li>Have significant experience in a Quality Management role.</li>
<li>Have proven experience reducing the Cost of Poor Quality within a business.</li>
<li>Have working experience with Root Cause Analysis Tools/Techniques/ Six Sigma/ Lean concepts.</li>
<li>Have experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO9001, APIQ1, APIQ2).</li>
<li>Ensuring alignment to BH business and customer objectives whilst engaging with global and regional stakeholders. Proactively contribute to global quality frameworks and processes.</li>
