<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
&bull; Provide finance and budget support function to Human Resources Department, QatarEnergy Schools and Human Capital which includes planning, preparing, monitoring, managing and controlling their Annual Budget. &bull; Perform procurement contracting process from Contract Initiation, Tendering, Award and Closure.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
&bull; An accredited Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; A minimum of 10 years finance/budget experience, preferably in the energy industry. &bull; Proficiency in English. &bull; Computer literate (Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.) &bull; Knowledge of computer financial management systems like SAP, etc. &bull; Hands-on experience from Contract Initiation, Tendering, Award and Closure.<br />
