Provides customer service to all employees demonstrating the ability to assist/research and answer inquiries on all related benefit issues. 2. Primary contact between the Rx Vendor and Employee performing research on all (requests, issues, complaints) 3. Effectively communicates results back to the Employee regarding all Benefits and Rx plan(s) 4. Support eligibility questions, review communications, review file issues 5. Responsible for resolving cost-share discrepancies by working directly with Payroll. 6. Conducts weekly audit of medical waiver, pending elections, dependents, etc. benefits to ensure that we are in compliance with Health System guidelines. 7. Processes incoming faxes and approving documentations such as: marriage, birth, death, divorce, and gain/loss coverage. 8. Partners with Payroll on the processing of Medical Support Court Orders and other vendor forms. 9. Completes Medicare B forms. 10Conducts weekly Benefits Orientation. 11.Participates in special projects such as House Staff orientation, Benefits Fair and Open Enrollment Town Hall meetings, etc. 12.Assists employees with Spending Accounts and Transit billing issues. 13.Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. HS diploma/GED. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred 2.5 or more years with benefits administration experience.
