EMD Specialist Inspector

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is seeking an EMD Specialist Inspector to join their Pipeline Services Team <br><br>Responsbilities: <br><ul><li> Ensure that the electrical motors and supplied in accordance with the project needs </li><li> Become familiar with the scope of work, drawings, specifications, and contract documents. </li><li> Inspect the manufacturer's documentation to ensure that all federal, state and local codes are adhered to and also meet N.E.C. </li><li> Ensure that all loop, bump, and logic checkouts are performed properly and have been documented. </li><li> Act as liaison between Client's operations personnel and the contractor during planned outages and tie-in to existing facilities. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Assure that the electrical applications are conducted satisfactorily and all anomalies are repaired to meet project specifications. </li><li> 25 years' experience with selection, installation, and maintenance of large electric motors and generators.
