Early Talent Coordinator

<b>Job Description</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Engineering Manager to refine our early talent strategy, ensuring we attract the best talent.</li>
<li>Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for early talent, ensuring our process is attractive, and inclusive to all.</li>
<li>Liaise with universities and colleges to promote the company, including coordinating and facilitating graduate/apprentice fairs and presentations. Liaise with volunteers from the business to represent the company at these events.</li>
<li>Manage our Graduate assessment days and apprentice interviews.</li>
<li>Be a focal point for our early talent and their development once they join.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Learning &amp; Development team to improve our onboarding and development of early talent, including utilisation of appropriate ECITB funding.</li>
<li>Proactively liaise with local schools to promote careers in Energy and encourage and co-ordinate STEM activities across the business.</li>

<li>HR experience, ideally within the Oil &amp; Gas industry.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines with speed and accuracy.</li>
<li>Performs well in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and partners internally and externally.</li>
</ul>
