You will help new employees with a quick transition into Baker process and procedures and improve technical skills of pressure pumping team<br><br>As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Developing technical trainings activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings and providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution<br></li><li>Communicating across direct organization and presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy<br></li><li>Handling latitude in project techniques as project process requires choosing right approaches.<br></li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Technical education<br></li><li>Have proven profession experience in pressure pumping as field specialist, supervisor or coordinator<br></li><li>Have experience in Cementing, Coiled Tubing and Production Enhancement<br></li><li>Be able to speak Russian fluently and speak English on professional level<br></li><li>Have Experience with Baker Hughes Pressure Equipment (as a plus)<br></li><li>Be able to travel for business needs up to 40% of time<br></li><li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills<br></li><li>Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
