<p>This is an incredible opportunity save our planet by using your experience in impact investment, multilateral funding or corporate partnerships to protect, manage and restore nature while meeting societal challenges.</p>
<p>As the world’s leading independent conservation organisation, we have formed a partnership with HSBC and the World Resources Institute to support financing of rapid scale-up and roll-out Nature Based Solutions that will help achieve Sustainable Development Goals and address the climate and biodiversity crises. Our partnership also has an objective to support other new and innovative business ventures that can be part of a low carbon future and support the Sustainable Development Goals. This is where your expertise is needed as Business Growth Manager - Nature-based Solutions and Innovation.</p>
<p>As Business Growth Manager, your main focus will be to support our Nature-based Solutions Accelerator, designed to help remove the barriers to widespread and large-scale adoption of nature-based solutions. You will also have a role to support the business innovation pillar of our partnership. You will drive expansion so we can work with more projects and drive systemic change. Specifically, you will focus on finding and securing additional partners as well as new finance sources. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop a strategy for partnership identification and development and support the formation of new affiliations. We will look to you to map and track relevant international multilateral and public funding opportunities too. You will also build a strong external network and stay current with developments in finance approaches and innovations in the Nature Based Solutions market.</p>
<p>A graduate in a relevant discipline, you must have experience in impact investment, multilateral funding or corporate partnerships coupled with a strong understanding of what nature-based solutions are. You will also understand the opportunities and challenges of delivering them at scale and their relevance to sustainable business strategy, net zero commitments and science-based targets. Adept at securing new partnerships and unlocking public or private finance, you will be comfortable synthesising complex information and translating it into impactful advice and communications. You will possess excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills too.</p>
