<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Manage, supervise and develop landscape &amp; irrigation area in the most optimised and prudent manner. Plan and refurbish the deteriorated landscape area. Identify and implement landscape area modification as required. Develop operation procedure for proper coordination and control. Authorize work permits for the maintenance and project related activities. Accountable for optimised usage of all call-off contracts. Responsible for ensuring the highest HSE standards as per establish guidelines. Responsible for managing HSE in contracts as per corporate guidelines. Responsible for providing inputs in all landscaping and irrigation project related transmittals and for proper projects turn-around at the time of hand-over.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelors degrees in Landscape Architecture<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; A minimum of 10-12 years in design &amp; construction including considerable experience in landscape design of commercial, residential, public parks, roadway beautification and management of hard &amp; soft landscaping projects. &bull; Conversant up to date landscape and irrigation techniques. &bull; Excellent oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic will be advantage.<br />
