Senior People & Organisation Advisor

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS JSC) is currently recruiting for a Senior People and Organisation Advisor with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry (KZ passport holders). <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Organization, analysis and control of the processes of registration of hiring, transfer and termination of employees in accordance with labor legislation, acts of the Employer </li><li> Organization, analysis and control of headcount processes, maintenance and storage of established personnel documentation, issuance of certificates of current and past labor activity of employees, preparation of materials for disciplinary measures </li><li> Introduction of modern methods of personnel management using existing automated systems (Oracle, 1C ZUP) </li><li> Implementation of methodological guidance and coordination of the activities of P&O Shared Service staff, control over the execution of instructions from the management </li><li> Conducting a systematic analysis of P&O administration in the organization, developing proposals for its improvement </li><li> Control over the state of labor discipline in the organization and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations </li><li> Ensuring the preparation of established reporting on headcount and P&O administration </li><li> Act as a mentor for P&O Shared Service staff </li><li> Prepare, consolidate and provide monthly, weekly and unscheduled reports </li><li> Administer and manage the process of obtaining permits to attract foreign labor and visas </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Higher education <br><br> HR administration experience of at least 7 years <br><br> Knowledge and experience of application of the labor and migration legislation <br><br> Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English at an advanced level <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
