Training Specialist

Overview & Responsibilities Republic Finance is seeking a Training Specialist to join our growing team! This position will primarily be responsible for the coordination, material development, and delivery of training and training materials required to launch new company initiatives, new projects, and updates to current policy & procedure. The right candidate for this role is a highly motivated individual who seeks to take full ownership of assigned tasks and can meet expectations regarding quality of work and timelines whether working independently or in a group. Professionalism, maturity, flexibility, patience, and attention to detail are all critical requirements to be successful in the role. Participates in weekly project scoping meetings to gain knowledge of upcoming projects and assess potential training-related needs. Consults with Project Managers and project team leads to assess the role of training in project scope and coordinates timelines related to material builds and (remote) facilitation. Collaborates with subject matter experts, project groups, and Operations stakeholders to ensure training content is complete and accurate. Plans and schedules (remote) training facilitation. Designs, prepares, and delivers training material and activities to target audiences. Materials include, but are not limited to, Power Point decks; resource guides; checklists; quick reference guides; update emails; and announcements. Activities include, but are not limited to, live webinars; recorded webinars and demos; regional calls; workshops; focus groups; and Q&A sessions. Handle multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines. Make any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate. Handles all LMS functions in the absence of the LMS Administrator, including managing learning objects and assignments and responding to user support tickets.
