<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Weatherford have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Auditor to join the team in Houston, TX. The Quality Auditor is responsible for the Quality Management System audits of select Weatherford Manufacturing and Repair &amp; Maintenance sites in the regional area assigned. Audits will include ISO, API Q1 and API Q2 audits at our internal Weatherford sites and could also include Supplier QMS audits.<br />

The successful candidate will thoroughly understand the ISO and API standards and requirements, have proven auditor experience, be able to document results in an objective and understandable manner, and have proven experience in communicating results to business and site leadership.<br />

SAFETY &amp; COMPLIANCE:</p>

<li>In case of concerns with safety, quality non-conformances, or integrity concerns, exercises &
39;Stop Work Authority&
39; to suspend operations.</li>
<li>Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with company policies, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices in the applicable country.</li>
<li>Ensure controls are in place to guarantee compliance with government regulations in relation to quality.</li>

OPERATIONAL CAPABILTY:</p>

<li>Collaborate with Quality Audit Manager and Geozone Quality Managers to understand site audit requirements and priorize audits to conduct.</li>
<li>Identify Audit Checklist for audit requirements and goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with site on audit planning and preparation.</li>
<li>Assist in training local team to participate in audit and become auditors.</li>
<li>Lead auditor training courses as requested and required to build local site competency.</li>
<li>Build audit team leveraging local site auditors; ensure right competencies and assignments for auditors.</li>
<li>Lead audit team in conducting audit or conduct audit independently depending on local auditor competencies.</li>
<li>Prepare audit reports which reference, among other items, scope, audit findings, and assign gradings.</li>
<li>Conduct regular report-outs to site management at the beginning of the audit, during audit and at the closure to ensure understanding of expectations, findings, and next steps.</li>
<li>Assign owners to each finding.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to simplify and clarify audit checklists.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to improve our overall Audit process and system.</li>
<li>Support Quality Audit Manager in developing new processes, tools, and systems as requested.</li>
<li>Provide timely updates of each audit to the site, the Geozone Quality Manager, and the Global Audit Manager.</li>
<li>Maintain an attitude conducive to progress through positive change, continuous improvement, and an active contribution to teamwork concepts.</li>
<li>Execute other quality tasks as requested by the Global Audit Manager.</li>
</ul>

<li>Interacts with API and ISO, as required, with regards to new requirements or clarification of existing requirements as well as during audits.</li>

<b>Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as an Auditor involved in ISO and API audits.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with quality management systems, audits, third parties, and customer interaction.</li>
<li>Proven Internal Auditing experience for ISO and API.</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong writing skills; able to document audit reports and clearly write audit findings.</li>
<li>Strong cross functional collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Proven experience to coordinate with third party auditors (ISO, API, and customer).</li>
<li>Ability to travel for an audit or auditor training (travel can include up to 25% travel).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Strong communication and facilitation skills between auditors - English verbal and written.</li>
<li>Computer experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to evoke critical thinking.</li>
