<b> For OneSubsea Project Executions we are looking to strengthen our team within Project Support and is hiring QHSE Lead. </b><br><br> You will be part of a dedicated and experienced project team. Our team provide project support for both national and international process system projects. <br> The job will include independent tasks and working in team with project and engineering across our internal organization and external clients. <br><br> <b> By joining our team, you will be embarking on a unique journey with the world's leading provider of technology to the global energy industry. </b> <br><br> <b> The position is in Bergen and local connection is preferred. </b> <br><br> <b> Job description: </b> <br> The QHSE Lead is responsible for ensuring that an adequate Quality and HSE program is implemented and communicated for the projects, fulfilling quality & HSE objective standards of OneSubsea and projects Contract requirements. <br><br> <b> Main responsibilities: </b> <ul><li> Secure high level of QHSE awareness in the Project. </li><li> Establish Quality & HSE as a prime topic in meetings, discussions, and forums. </li><li> Ensure that Quality & HSE Management is complying to contract. </li><li> Establish and maintain Quality Assurance & HSE key performance milestone targets </li><li> Ensure that the project team is familiar with Business Process Management (BPM) </li><li> Ensure that the project team is familiar with OneSubsea/SLB HSE policy. </li><li> Establish and maintain necessary project Quality and HSE documentations </li><li> Support Design Reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and Risk Reviews as relevant. </li><li> Facilitate, provide training, and ensure criticality assessment are performed and documented as relevant for the project </li><li> Facilitate, provide training, and ensure Lessons Learned are considered and provide input to Lessons Learned database </li><li> Establish and manage the notification of Quality inspection activities. </li><li> Establish and manage the mechanical completion activities, including planning and status reporting, on time delivery of MC activities and punch management </li><li> Provide input to project risk reviews </li><li> Facilitate and / or participate in audits and reviews and ensure actions are closed </li><li> Monitor Non-conformances (NCR's) are correctly described </li><li> Ensure and follow up of nonconformance / deviation / concessions ensuring actions are being registered, processed, and closed on time </li><li> Communicate Client office teams of applicable HSSE rules and other issues that may be of relevance for their safe stay </li><li> Conduct HSSE safety awareness campaigns to enhance safety focus in the different phases of the project </li><li> Status reporting as required in the project </li><li> Support and train other functions in activities and tools/software related to Quality & HSE </li><li> Continuous improvements and general support of business needs </li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <b>Required background:</b><ul><li>B.Sc. or M.Sc) with relevant Engineering/Business administration degree. </li><li>Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience within QHSE projects.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. </li><li>Good knowledge of English.</li><li>Ability to interface with customers and 3rd party vendors.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li><li>Knowledge in basic PC applications (MS word, Excel, PPT etc.). </li></ul><br><br><b>We would like you that have some knowledge of this, but it is not a requirement:</b><ul><li>Experience from the oil and gas industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Good knowledge of subsea production systems.</li><li>Experience using SAP is preferred.</li><li>Norwegian written and English communication skills. </li></ul><br><b>Personal qualifications: </b><ul><li>You are creative and solution oriented and have an innovative mindset </li><li>You must be able to work efficiently both in teams and independent</li><li>You work in a structured and organized way </li><li>You have a proactive attitude </li></ul><br><b>We can offer:</b><ul><li>International working environment and career opportunities through all OneSubsea departments</li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow within the company</li><li>Good working environment</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li></ul><b> </b><br><b>Interested?</b><br>Please apply to this position as soon as possible by following the link.
