You will have the opportunity to further improve and implement new processes for EMEA, including procedures and special projects. You will work closely with our external providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Comp&Ben, Accounting). In this role, you will… Prepare and process journal entries and reconcile Payroll related general ledger accounts. Provide account analysis for variances in the Payroll related accounts. Collaborate with and provide accurate support to the Accounting department for payroll related items. Prepare and book accruals. Work together with the Account Payables department and vendors to ensure correct, timely and complete payments, journal entries and reconciliations. Participate in the month end close. Ensure SOX compliance by working according to the SOX controls. Provide auditors (both Internal and external) with requested support. Plan and perform activities required for international cross-functional projects. Commit to the existing payroll processes, procedures and policies and suggests changes for improving the responsiveness, efficiency and accuracy. Primary contact person for finance related questions from EMEA countries In this role, you’ll need … Experience in payroll accounting Bachelor Degree or other relevant experience Organizational and analytical skills Communicate openly and effectively with all contacts (Junior/senior positions and different cultures) to gain trust and deliver results. Detail and accuracy oriented Proactive and positive mindset, solution-focused and able to work in a dynamic multi-cultural changing environment Advanced Excel skills Experience with SAP is preferred, but is not mandatory Knowledge of SOX and accounting requirements Understanding of Payroll Operations is considered a plus, but not mandatory Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment is considered a plus Good English communications skills Sound like a good fit?      Great!
