This role may be full or part time. An intern will support the process of gathering 2000 documents. In this role, you will… Send out the legal document to employees Retrieve the signed document from the employees Poland retrieve the wet signature document from the employee Tracking of who send the signed document File the documents in filing cabinet File the documents in Personal file and Workday Responsible to track and trace the documents Collaborate with HR Business Partners on who needs to be chased In this role, you’ll need … Full-time enrolled student in a master degree HR studies (preferably last year of studies) Fluent English and Polish Experience in HR is nice to have Willingness to develop competence in the field of HR Organization skills Time management skills Analytical skills Knowledge of Ms Office package.
